Change in date of Goricatlon and opening applications on the 4th Goricatlon

The organizer has decided to postpone the event Goricatlon from December to the first saturday in February. Instead of the closing event the Goricatlon racing event will be the introduction of a new season. Given the first reactions we are sure that the new date will be well accepted and we expect a new record number of participants.
